THE PROPOSAL

Make sandwiches. Drinks on ice. Dessert? Yes, please! Pack the cooler and grab your favorite blanket. Picknicking has always been a go-to date activity for Kendra and Jordan. Whether it's Ocean Beach in New London or Castle Island in Southie, nothing beats a summer evening cozying up with your loved one. Upon Kendra's return home from a girls trip with her mom and sister, Jordan planned a picnic to celebrate her birthday.

Jordan packed dessert in a small  cooler, which he set aside. When Kendra asked for the third time, "Is it time for dessert yet?" Jordan had her open the cooler. In front of a sunset on the Boston skyline that couldn't be beat, he casually got on one knee. She lifted up the dessert, saw the Coke bottles, and quickly put the dessert down (she thought she wasn't supposed to see them). Jordan smiled and asked, "Did you see the bottles...?"

She saw them alright. Jordan held her hand, rattled off a few choice words on top of "Will you marry me?" and Kendra said YES! They went on to enjoy the remainder of the evening, sharing with everyone the exciting news. The rest of the weekend was spent with friends, family, and memories they will never forget.

Groomsmen

Joe Grasso

Best Man

Commonly mistaken as Jordan's brother, Joe has played that role since their first class together freshman year at BU. After teaching him how to skate in college, Jordan's next goal is getting Joe in the woods on the slopes.

Steve Donlon

Groomsman

Although he's a Giants, Yankees, and Rangers fan, Jordan couldn't have asked to meet a better dude after moving to Rhode Island just before starting high school. It was love at first sight on the EG gridiron...the rest is history.

Fabio Malangone

Groomsman

Friends, roommates, and co-workers, Fabio is one of those guys you can talk to about anything, anytime. Jordan and Fabio's most famous moment is winning the Q'Doba Rice and Beanpot their senior year of college.

Keith Edwin

Groomsman

Keith and Jordan bonded at the first sign of Virginia roots and Redskins fanhood. They now spend their time training for triathlons, après skiing, and planning group trips. Not to mention home cooking that Indian cuisine!

Rikky Bustin

Groomsman

Countless all-nighters courtesy of BU Engineering, weekend bus trips with the Red Dogs, lunch time bocce ball at Electric Boat, epic parties at The Lakehouse, you name it...Rikky has been there through it all.

Bridesmaids

Jenna Gunnell

Maid of Honor, Sister of the Bride

She is more than just a sister, Jenna is Kendra's best friend, partner in crime, and biggest supporter. With a common passion for nursing, yoga pants, and high buns, one might think they were twins.

Amanda Port

Bridesmaid

It was love at first kick. Kendra met Amanda on the soccer field at BU and they have been friends ever since. When Kendra realized that Port, too, enjoys busting a move, they became going out dance partners for life.

Caitlin McEntee

Bridesmaid

Caitlin is Kendra's longest friend and has been there for her no matter what. Another soccer comrade and boy can she deliver the perfect ball. Caitlin is also Kendra's mud race buddy and temp roommate while in Philly for school.

Ryan Brady

Bridesmaid, Sister of the Groom

She may not be blood-related, but Kendra is excited to call Ryan 'sister' after the big day. One of the sweetest and most thoughtful people around, ask Kendra about the Coke bottle picture Ryan drew in honor of the engagement!

Rachel Lupovitz

Bridesmaid

Rachel may be the youngest member of the group, but she is mature beyond her years. Jordan's cousin is always a joy to spend time with, especially on the slopes at Sunday River and at all of the family get togethers.
